Kris (He, His, Him) is a professional bicycle mechanic based out of Burlington, Vermont. He lives there with his partner Caroline and senior pooch, Hazel. He enjoys connecting with himself and others in the outdoors. He loves bicycles of all types, in all places, and in all seasons. Other things he likes to do outside include hiking, snow shoeing, sliding on snow in various ways, being in and on the water, and pretty much anything that gets him active and outside. He is the Secretary and Membership Coordinator for the Millstone Trails Association board of directors and a member of their trail crew. He is a member of Vermont Bicycle Shop's adventure bicycle club, VTBADV. He is passionate about creating a sense of belonging in the outdoors for folks who typically don’t have access or inclusion to those spaces. His goal with Pride Rides is to create an inclusive community within cycling that provides support to queer folks who are already enjoying time on two wheels and to those who are interested in trying it out.
